GIPLAST, OUR FUTURE-ORIENTED HISTORY
Giplast was founded in Giulianova (TE), Abruzzo, in 1977 as a company specialized in the extrusion of PVC profiles for the building industry.
Thanks to a positive trend and its innovative spirit, after a few years the company shifted its “focus” towards the furniture industry, starting the production of PVC T-Profile in 1988 and later in 1997, of PVC and ABS Flat-Edge.
Nel 2003 it was introduced a new product, the dust seal edge.
The results were not long in coming, conscious that there is no innovation without investments, Giplast, in June 2013, turns into a S.p.A. It strengthens its financial and corporate structure with the entry of a Private Equity Fund, and proceeds with the acquisition of its most important competitor in Northern Italy.
In 2016 the production plants in Giulianova were merged, optimizing all processes to compete with the new challenges of the market.With the passion and obstinacy that distinguish us, today Giplast S.p.A. is ready to meet the radical changes and great transformations of the furniture and design industry.

Giplast can count on production plants that are developed in over 15,000 square meters of highly technological and functional structure.
The workforce consists of 98 employees, all specialised and continuously trained, experts in the processing of carefully selected raw materials and in the optimized management of the production chain which has a total capacity of 40,000 kg per day.
